  • 1 cup of Crushed Nacho Cheese Protein Puffs
  • 10 Jalapeños Sliced and Deseeded
  • 1 8oz Room Temperature Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Pack Dry Ranch Powder
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion


  • Begin by halving the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds, while keeping them intact as much as possible.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch powder, shredded cheese, bacon, and green onion. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they are evenly filled.
  • Press the tops of the cream cheese filling into Protein Puff crumbles, coating them well.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the tops turn crispy and golden.
  • Once the jalapeños are cooked to your desired crispiness, remove them from the oven.
