Protein Puffs Avocado Fries
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Avocado
 - 1 Cup of Mesquite BBQ Protein Puffs Crushed
 - 2 Eggs Scrambled
 - 1 tbsp BBQ Rub
 - 1/2 cup Light Mayo
 - 1 tsp Garlic Chili Sauce
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Begin by crushing your Mesquite BBQ Protein Puffs. Place them in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of your preferred BBQ rub, mixing them together.
 - Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl.
 - Slice the avocado into slightly thick slices, aiming for around 8 slices per avocado.
 - Dip each avocado slice into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
 - Next, coat the egg-dipped avocado slices in the Protein Puffs, pressing gently to adhere the puffs to the avocado.
 - Place the coated avocado slices on a baking sheet and bake them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn crispy and golden.
 - While the avocado slices are baking, prepare a dip by combining light mayo and garlic chili sauce in a bowl. Mix them well to create a tasty dip.
 - Once the avocado slices are ready, remove them from the oven.
 - Serve the crispy avocado slices alongside the garlic chili mayo dip.
